My name is Kimberly, I’ve been an esthetician and lash artist for over a decade. I opened Enhance Lash Studio in 2017. While offering my loyal clients the most advanced lash techniques and styles, I have also trained and helped grow aspiring lash artists like you. Are you a local esthetician or esthetic student interested in adding lash extensions to your skill set? Lash extensions will not only instantly increase your earning potential but will also allow you to reach and establish more skincare clients than if you were offering skincare alone.
Enhance is hiring skincare specialists and will be providing lash training to candidates who become team members. All team members at Enhance must complete our intensive training program to ensure we only offer our clients the highest quality lash services. This isn’t your typical one-day lash certification course. This is a unique opportunity to learn to lash with one-on-one coaching, practice, and skill-building exercises in our well-established studio. ​​

​This course is currently exclusively available to estheticians and esthetic students seeking to apply for a position at Enhance Lash Studio.
Phase 1
Classic Lash Certificate
Includes a self-paced, online course as well as 2 weeks of hands-on in-person coaching

Time Required: 2 weeks, beginning in February 2025

Self-paced online course + 4 hours per day in-person training x 4 days

Price: $300*

This self-paced, online classic lash course will give you all the necessary knowledge and skills to begin your lash journey. It will not only teach you the fundamentals of classic lashing; how to properly prep, select, apply, fill, and remove lashes but it will also educate you in safety, ergonomics, and much more. Unique at-home skill-building, practice drills, and in-studio observation will prepare you to continue your in-person training which includes completing 2 full sets, a fill, and a lash removal on models. Once you’ve completed this 2-week course you will receive your classic lash certificate.

*Employees will be refunded the cost of this lash course after 6 months of employment.
Phase 2
Apprenticeship

Time Required: 4 weeks

4 hours per day, 2 days per week

Price: $0
Lash students who have completed Phase 1 can apply to continue with a 4-week apprenticeship program at Enhance Lash Studio to perfect their skills.
During these 4 weeks, apprentices will be working on 2-3 models each week while also being trained in:
--Advanced Styling- Learn to create perfectly customized lash sets
--Becoming a Lash Detective- Start troubleshooting with confidence
Phase 3
Become a team member
At the end of your apprenticeship, you will be eligible to interview for a position as a Team Member at Enhance Lash Studio. Students who have successfully completed their apprenticeship will be given priority consideration for team member positions.
